    I have a new phone number and can no longer access my site/dashboard. My code is being sent to a phone number that is no longer mine… Any suggestions?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    If you don’t have access to your old phone number, then the only way to recover access to your account is by using the backup codes you have generated when you initially set up the two-step authentication.
