  Im dont know how to change the address and phone number in my site. can someone help

  It looks like you added that information in the Contact Info widget in your site’s sidebar. You should be able to change it in Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets>look to the right side of the screen until you see the Contact Info widget. Open it if closed, change your info and save.
