  Hi there!

  Just to add, what I can suggest use this widget called “Contact Info.”

  Please visit the following link for detailed instruction on how you can use that Widget on your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/contact-info/

  Go to My Sites > Themes “Customize” click on customize > “Widgets”
  select the display location where you want to show that widget on your page it can be on “sidebar or footer” and then find for “Contact Info & Map”, configure it and then ready to Go!

  Above can be done on your self-hosted site too, using WP-admin Dashboard.

  And also, note what @fstat has suggested, if you’re site is using WordPress.org free and open source software then you can ask for help there as well
