Photo restrictions for free accounts

Why can’t I add photos anymore to my free account?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only “restriction” is the 3GB of space that comes with your free site, but after only 6 months of posts on that site, unless you are posting exceptionally large images, it doesn’t seem like you should have a space problem. Or do you mean something else?

What happens when you try to upload a new photo? And what browser and version are you using? You can find out here if you don’t know. http://supportdetails.com/

    Problem solved.

It had been awhile since I had posted on wordpress.com and the first thing that popped up was the site requesting us to upgrade to the premium package. Right after seeing that page, I created our most recent post. While posting, I noticed that the “insert image” button was not select able. I actually had to go back and add the images after posting it. Not a big deal in the long run. Thank you for your feedback.

That doesn’t sound right. When creating a post, it is advisable to *save* the post at least once and then add media, but the “Add Media” button should be available in your post before you publish it.

Again, what browser and version please? And if you haven’t, you might try clearing your browser cache and cookies after logging out of WordPress.com.
