Photo uplaod not working

    I have been trying to upload photos via the “add media” function, but am unable to do so. I have uploaded photos before and understand how to do it. The functionality just isn’t working. I have attempted it on both my home computer and my work computer. They will uplaod on my phone, but that is the only method I can get to work currently, and isn’t very efficient for placing them within a post or working with multiple photos. Can you review to see if you can tell what the problem is?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’re using Internet Explorer version 9 to upload these photos. Is that right? We’ve had some reports that media uploads aren’t working in Internet Explorer 9. You can read more about that and help us investigate the issue here:

    If you’re able to update to a more recent version of Internet Explorer, I’d recommend that — it should fix the problem. You may also want to try downloading another popular browser to give it a try there: http://browsehappy.com/
