Photo upload bar stays at 0%. Anybody know why?

  I can’t upload any pictures to my posts, the load bar just stays at 0%. It happens no matter which picture I try or how I resize it. Even if I log out and log back in again. Can anybody help me out please?

  How much space is in your media library? What kind of files are they? JPG? What are the filenames?
