    I just had a few questions to see if wordpress is right for me. I was wondering if I create a contact form can I add a plugin for captcha? I am a photographer, so does the site have the capability that I can add invoices, questionnaires, contracts, etc. to send to my clients. Once I am completed with my clients photos is there a way I can create a gallery that they can download their photos from?

    Hi there,

    By default we include spam filtering on our contact forms, so there is not the need to add captcha via a plugin. For the few messages that get through you can just mark them as “spam” which helps to train our spam filter to block them in the future.

    We do not have that specific functionality built in to the the default platform, so you would need to first upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan, which would allow you to upload plugins on your site.

    Then you would be able to add a plugin to help you set up a private “clients only” area on your site, which would allow you to share content with each one privately. https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=client+area

    Once I am completed with my clients photos is there a way I can create a gallery that they can download their photos from?

    We do have a way to create image galleries quite easily, you can read more about that here. We have two options based on the kind of layout you prefer:

    – https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/gallery-block/

    There is not a “one click” way to download images from the gallery though. For that I might instead recommend that you create a .ZIP archive of all the photos, which you can the offer a simple download button for: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/file-block/
