  So I need to add a script for every photo? The plug in doesn’t do this by itself?

  Simply click the “Activate” button for Photon on the Jetpack page in your blog dashboard, and your images will be served dynamically from the global WordPress.com cloud. That means less load on your host and faster images for your readers.

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?

  Otherwise please try clearing out your cache.

  It runs extremely slow on my end, and any computer I run it on. I have heard from others that it loads fast as well and I am confused. Photon is enabled.

  Did it… “slower than 79% of sites tested”

  93/100 score, 83 requests, 7s load time, 723.2kB page size….

  Could you give it a try from a different geograhical location? Otherwise please contact your Internet Provider to test your connection.
