Photos not uploading

  Hi there, when I upload photos to my media (from my WP dashboard), they are turning up grey. According to my hosting site/domain, all my permission are correct. What could be wrong?

  I do not see any sites under your @infof95495e86c8 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
