photos not uploading

  As I try to upload photos (jpegs) to a new post, it just says that it’s uploading for a really long time, and then tells me that I don’t have administrative rights to do this. ??????

  What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog in question?
  Are you the original Admin who registered the blog in question or not?

  I think the issue corrected itself. I let go of it for the night, and came back this morning…tried again…and it worked. But yes, I am the original (and only) admin.
