photos not uploading

  When I try to upload photos only 4 of 15 load, there’s a message saying that we’ve used 10.3 GB of our allowed 13GB, is this the problem, my photo file is 8..6 MB

  Yes, that’s a problem. That’s a HUGE problem.

  You’ve run out of space. That’s it. Without paying $60 a year or so, you don’t get any more space. And you didn’t need to run out.

  If you optimized your photos for uploading first, you’d never run out of space. I’ve been here for six and a half years with several thousand uploaded images and have only used 3% of my space.
