PHP Fatal error: require_once

    I am creating a online store , i´ve changed my hosting provider, so i´d made a back up and restored in the new hosting servers.

    It was worinkg very well, after i donde this:

    I tried to install zoho sales iq chat plug in, bit it showed me an error, that there were a folder using that name (because i had installed in the older host), i´ve ereased the folder but after that, i cant access to my website, and when i see the error 500 in cpanel, it shows the following.

    Ive tried to restore the folder, but it doesnt work.
