PHP update

  when i try to access to my blog (http://www.myriamjimeno.com) it apears a white page with the message
  ‘Your server is running PHP version 5.4.45, but WordPess 5.2 needs at least version 5.6.20.’
  please may i ask if it is possible to update php to a newer version.
