PHP Update help request through live chat caused my computer malfunctioning

    Hi there, 10/15 I was trying to get help with PHP update through sharing screen with an agent( I don’t know his name) at least 5 to 7minutes but wasn’t able to do that due to he couldn’t hear me. since then my computer started malfunctioning like no longer google chrome won’t open. I tried so many things to try to fix the problem but couldn’t. Can you have the agent to set my computer back as it was. please let me know. Thank you.
