Php Upgrade Error Message

I went thru the process of upgrading my PHP to 7.4 on HostGator. When the process was completed a message window said that the process was successful. However when I just went into the backend of my site, an error message from WordPress appeared and I do not know how to deal with it. It reads:

Hi there, for help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. For more information on the differences: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
