  This isn’t possible on the wordpress.com platform as this is a shared platform and you don’t have access to system files and settings.

  It’s not possible to do either of those on WordPress.com. Can you tell us what you’re trying to do exactly? We can assist once we know more about what you’re trying to achieve as there may be other ways to do that.
