Picture block not publishing on a certain page

Hi there, when trying to publish my ‘Services’ page, it won’t publish a content block. This content block is of pictures, and follows the theme of the rest of the site. (Please see pictures on home page for reference). The site builder will let me add a normal picture gallery and other content blocks, but will not let me post this specific block. Any help is much appreciated!
