    For the site address provided, does anyone know which plugin might be used to create the picture over picture hover effect where the hover over scales the top picture over the frames?

    Hi @procadblog, it looks to be a custom plugin they’ve made for themselves, with one image overlapping another, and when you hover over the back image, the front image animates. You could look at inspect element to sort it out, or perhaps contact them to see if they’re willing to release their plugin. Cheers :)
