picture on Home page

i’m just starting out. I had a picture on my Home Page cropped and fitting in nicely. Then I edited some text left over from the template. Now the picture loads the top of the photo but not the bottom. I can’t get it to load the proper cropped photo.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
When you remove content from the Homepage Template in the Gateway theme, the height of the portion of the featured image displayed shrinks. That’s an expected result due to the way the theme is designed.
You may expand it again using the following trick. Insert a column o paragraph tag pairs into the “Hero Content” box at Customizing > Theme Options > Homepage Template. It’ll look something like this.

Make the column higher to increase the height to its maximum, or whatever height suits you. Then click the save & publish button. Voilà!
