Pictures blurry in Woocommerce store

  I am currently taking over our site from the friend who has been working on it for us. When I am adding new pictures to our Store (Woocommerce) the image is blurry. The images that are not blurry have been cropped down but end up removing half the image. How can I get clear images with an uncropped photo?
