Pictures showing up blurred on Bloglovin

I wonder whether you can help please. I’ve seen a few topics relating to my question, but unfortunately they’re all closed to further replies (as per the one below).
My blog pictures are showing up blurred on Bloglovin and as per the advice on the link below, I’ve changed the size of my thumbnail from 150 to 300 for width and height, but unfortunately the pictures on Bloglovin are still coming out blurred.
I would be grateful if you could please let me know if there is something else I can try and whether I’ve missed something.

Hi Kitty,
I checked your latest post thumbnail on Bloglovin, and it’s still using a picture that’s 150×100 pixels. If you just recently made the change to the thumbnail size in your WordPress.com settings, it may take a while for the change to be reflected on Bloglovin.
I checked your blog’s feed at http://fodmapfreedom.co.uk/feed/ and confirmed that we’re including 300-pixel-wide images there, so if they are taking the thumbnail photos from there, they should be big enough.
I’d recommend waiting a few days and then seeing if there’s a difference on Bloglovin. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Many thanks for your help with this. I only made the change yesterday evening, so will keep checking Bloglovin over the next few days to see if there’s a difference. At the moment they’re still blurred, but hopefully that will change soon!

You’re welcome! It’s also possible that Bloglovin won’t update itself until you add a new post to your blog, so you might also want to check back after you publish your next post.
