Pinback waiting approval

  I recently received a notification e-mail stating New Pin back waiting approval, I have no idea what this means and when I looked it up it has something to with copyright infringement? I posted some tips from a book i was reading and it looks like wordpress wants me to confirm my source information which I stated in my post. please help.
