place menu under the header

I am using the theme PLANE and I would like to put the menu under the header bar is there a plugin or a easy way to do this.

Moving elements on a page, like the menu, can be done with custom CSS, but that requires our premium plan.
This particular change also qualifies as complex, and not something we’re able to help with, so you’d need to hire someone to help you with the code you’d need to do this.
