Plagiarism

  Another WordPress blog has wholesale copied one of my blog posts. It was not a reblog, it was not done with permission and they did not contact me in any way. They copied my blog post on their blog. Not only did they completely plagiarise one of my posts, but they also misrepresented what I said in the blog post adding insult to injury. What action can be taken because they have not responded to me in any way? Is there a way to report them?
