  Hi, I’m just curious of why on my refund I only got $78 back rather than $96 that I paid? My domain was never transfer since the purchase and eventually the cancellation were done the same day, so less than 24 hours.

  Hm, yes, that should have been fully refunded since the transfer never went through.

  I have sent a refund for the additional $18 now.
