    Hello,

    I recently canceled my plan, because I saw that there is a discount for the Premium one, but as soon as I canceled the personal plan, the Premium account discount disappeared.
    And i also lost my settings for the domain mapping.
    How can it be restored, and what can be done in this situation?
    Could you cancel my cancelation and restore my settings? :)

    Hi there,

    What you saw was not a discount. What you saw was an automatic credit applied to the Premium Plan, should you upgrade from Personal to Premium, based on the amount you already paid, and the period of time already elapsed on your Personal Plan.

    We refunded your Personal Plan’s last renewal in full when you cancelled it yesterday, so we cannot restore it to your account. Please go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new Personal Plan instead. Once you’ve done that you’ll also be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade for your domain.
