Plan cancelled, now I can’t contact support about the refund I was promised

    I was told I would be refunded for my cancelled plan but now that it has been cancelled I have no way of chasing it up. I was told the money would be returned to me within 10 days and that was 22 days ago.

    Any advice on how I can contact anyone at WordPress about this? The only emails I have received were ‘noreply’ addresses.

    The refund was issued to the credit card on file on May 7.

    I recommend checking with your bank’s support first to make sure the refund was received, since we definitely sent it.

    Hi! I was charged for another year of my plan $121.00 this morning without any warning or subscription options. I received a PayPal Alert.

    I’d like to cancel and have that $121 out back into my bank account please.

    No worries. We can certainly help you out with this.

    Please tell me what your plans are for myinitialsarenotpk.blog. Do you want to use it again in the future? Once we cancel that domain it should be considered permanent because recovery can be difficult if not impossible. Write back to let me know. It doesn’t have to even be used at WordPress.com, you can point it somewhere else. It’s best that we check in about the domain status before we cancel it.

    There’s also an email notification that goes out about a month ahead of the renewal. Double check you’re email address on the account at wordpress.com/me/account/ and update if needed.

    Adding WordPress.com to your contacts should help prevent our messages from reaching the junk mail.

    I’ve processed the full refund. The domain will get cancelled. The money should reach you in about 10 days. If you experience a delay please check with your bank on their processing times as they can tell you when the funds will be released from them and in to your individual account.
