  Hi, I want to know the outcome of this scenario: I purchase the Personal Plan but within two months decide to upgrade it to the Premium one. The amount already paid will be consider for the purchase of the Premium?

  Yes, as long as your first plan wasn’t too close to expiring you would just pay the difference and also the more expensive plan would be valid for a full year. For confirmation see this earlier thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/plan-43/
