  Hi. Bought a plan that i regret. Can i get the money back?

  Hi there, refunds are available for 30 days from purchase on everything but custom domain name registrations which need to be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours of purchase.

  If you are within that window, you can initiate the refund from your Manager purchases dashboard. After that refund window no pro-rated refunds are available.

  There aren’t any upgrades associated with this WordPress.com account.

  Do you know which site is connected to the plan? Do you have an emailed receipt from WordPress.com? Try to sign in to WordPress.com using the email address where that receipt was delivered.
