  Hi I already own my Domain name and I want to transfer it over here. If i use the personal plan is the price to transfer included or are there extra costs?

  Yes, the Personal Plan includes a domain credit that covers either a domain registration subscription or a mapping subscription from a host elsewhere over to WordPress.com.
