  How can I become WordPress plan owner of my business? Our former WordPress plan owner has left.

  Hi there,

  I will need confirmation from the plan owner to move the upgrades over to your account. Is it possible for you to reach out to the former owner and have them post in this thread? Otherwise, I can contact them via email and see if they are okay with transferring upgrades.

  I stopped working at fokas.nl this February, so naturally I’m OK with Paul (ppmsnijders) becoming plan owner and transferring the upgrades to his account.

  Hi @fokasholthuis,

  Thanks for posting here to confirm.

  You also own the site itself, so the best option here would be for you to transfer ownership of the site to Paul completely. That will also transfer all the upgrades to him, and remove you as an admin from the site.

  That’s not something we can do for you, but you can do it by following the steps outlined here:

  If you prefer we can move only the upgrades, but then you will remain the owner of the site, and it will not be possible to remove your account as an admin from the site as the owner of a site cannot be removed.

  Please confirm if we should move only the upgrades.
