Plan upgrade

  I understand that if upgrade my plan to professional and then don’t renew payment my account will go back to basic. Should I decided after I want to go back to professional will my professional data be lost/restored to original content? (if there is a gap in payment, will I lose the work I put into my professional site? )

  Hi there,

  If you end up downgrading from professional in the future, you will not lose any content on your site. The only thing that may be affected is any CSS code that you add to design your site. But any posts, pages and media that is added will not be lost. If you are above 3 GB when you downgrade, you will not be able to upload any more images and video until you get below the 3 GB – but if you do not upload too much media, this won’t be an issue.
