Plan upgrade

    if i am currently on a personal plan and wish to upgrade to a premium plan after 3 months, then will i have to pay the entire 99 $? or can i use the remaining balance from the personal plan add the extra required to upgrade to a premium plan. i.e.. on a personal plan it works out to 71.88/12=5.99 $ per month. after 3 months of usage, it is 17.97 $. now the remaining personal plan balance is 53.91 $. the business plan is 99$ for one year. now can i pay 45.09$ to upgrade? or do i need to pay 99$.. thanks in advance
