Plan Upgrade – Billed But Not Activated

Hello, I have made the payment for 12 Months for the basic plan upgrade. My account has been debited for the same amount and i have received an invoice for the same on my email. But somehow it is now showing on my account and it still says i am using a free account. Please help.

I don’t see any purchases ever made under the account you’re using to contact us. Can you please make sure you’re connected to the account that made the purchase?

Yes i made the purchase from this account. I just have one account on wordpress. I have even got an invoice on my email from your payment partner.
What happened was that after making the payment the browser window got stuck on “Processing” after which the server timed out error appeared on the browser window.

I reached out to our Billing team and they were able to complete the payment process. The Personal plan has been added to your site and your domain is already online.
