PLan upgrade not working

    Hi I upgraded my plan on 2/7/2019 for $99 and the site does not reflect this, and it keeps asking me to re upgrade for $99. Please help.

    The authors have deleted this site.

    Perhaps you were using a different account when you purchased the upgrade?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you cancelled all your upgrades and were refunded by us yesterday, about five minutes before you created this forum thread.

    You’ve since also closed this account entirely, so won’t be able to reply here any more, thus I’m closing this thread to further replies. If you did not mean to delete your site and close your account, please reply to the account closure email we sent you for help reversing the process.

    You should receive the refunds for the recent payments on your site in about ten business days, depending on processing times at your bank.
