  Hey, I am planning to sign up for premium. A few questions:
  1- Can I pay monthly instead of billed yearly?
  2- Can I create multiple websites inside my $25 a month wordpress account?

  Hi there, all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are paid for the full year at checkout and are automatically renewed with the payment method on record unless you opt out. Each plan is applied to one WordPressdotcom site, so if you want an upgrade on more than one site, you’d need to purchase each one separately.

  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on everything but custom domain registration, which needs to be cancelled within 96 hours of registration to be eligible. Here’s more about that:
