  Hi!
  I am a little confused when it come to purchasing a plan. If i purchase the buisness plan is charging me the $300 at once or will it charge me $25 per month?

  Also, can i purchase a business theme instead of purchasing the business plan?

  You will be charged a year in advance as there is no monthly payment option.

  Also, can i purchase a business theme instead of purchasing the business plan?

  I suppose you mean a Premium theme. If that’s the case, then yes, you can purchase a premium theme and use it with your site, but it won’t give you all the features the Business plan has (plugins, custom themes, extra tools, etc.)
