Plans to allow customization and Templates

    Is there a plan where I can have custom web pages written in HTML as well as use the templates? I am not great with HTML but I do need to house some custom web pages that I will need to house. I still want to use templates to make it easier for some of the other pages.

    Hi there,

    WordPress.com is a managed provider of WordPress sites, and WordPress itself is built in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS… there is no way to create or manage pure HTML pages on our service.

    Instead you may wish to consider a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

    A traditional host may offer the flexibility you need (such as direct server access) to be able to host HTML content in this way. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
