  I already purchased the premium plan. Why is my account not showing all the templates?

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own a premium plan, only a site on our free plan, http://mindfulsolutionshhc.wordpress.com/

  I paid $300 for the year to upgrade to premium when I created my account. I have the receipt. What can I do to get this resolved?

  For what site did you make this purchase?

  Our premium plan costs $99 a year. The only upgrade we have that costs $300 a year is our business plan, but your account has never purchased that plan either.
