Please am having issues purchasing personal plan. The columns provided for me to fill seems to jamb inside each other making it difficult for me to fill out the columns

  Can you please atomatically help me purchase a personal plan for my site please. I have been working on the purchasing of the personal plan since yesterday but it’s always same thing . if it’s an error occurring to you guys should help me fix it

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understand what you’re describing. There shouldn’t be any columns you need to fill out. There’s only a form on the checkout page where you enter your credit card details. Is it that form you’re having trouble with?

  What browser are you using, and are you using a computer or a phone? Does it make any difference if you use a different browser, or if you’re using a phone, if you rotate it to landscape mode instead of portrait?
