  The site needs to be reverted to how it was before you installed the first plugin/third-party theme on that site.

  Can you confirm if you have already moved all the content away from the site? Or do you no longer need anything saved from this site?

  Once you confirm, we’ll revert the site (anything you added after upgrading will be removed) and then you can delete the site permanently and close your account.
