  Hi,

  Do you have any more information about the charge you have received? What it was or the URL of the site it applied to? We generally do not have $9 fees, so that is a little odd (though there may be an explanation for it I’m unaware of).

  I’m also not seeing any active or recent upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. The most recent charge was on 2020-07-24. This could be because you have a second WordPress.com user account and that is the account that owns the upgrade. Or perhaps the charge isn’t from WordPress.com at all and is instead for another service related to your domain/websites.
