Hello! I had a purchase just happen that I didn’t authorize it came out automatically through PayPal and I would like to use a different card. Please cancel this payment and refund as it was not authorized. Also I would like to cancel my account as well. Thank you!

It looks like you’ve disputed the payment with your bank/credit card provider. While a dispute is in progress, we are not able to issue a refund. You can close the dispute and let us know and we’ll be able to issue a refund from our side.

I can go ahead and issue a refund of the full amount. Before I do that, I wanted to get your confirmation on two things.
1. Are you sure you want to cancel the domain ashleynbragg.com? It was canceled when the payment was disputed, but we can still restore it if you plan to use it. We’re asking about it specifically because once you cancel a domain, you risk losing it permanently, and you may not be able to get it back.
2. In order to properly cancel the Business plan, we must revert the site back to the state it was in before you upgraded to the Business plan and installed the first plugin/custom theme. Anything added to your site since that date will be removed. Since it involves content removal, are you okay with this or do you need to take a backup/preserve the content?If you’re shutting down the site for good, and you don’t need the domain or any of the site’s content anymore, we can go ahead and issue a refund right away. If you want to keep just the domain, we can keep the price of the domain and restore it and issue a refund of the remaining amount.
