    We do not provide phone support on WordPress.com.

    But also, the account you’re using to post here was only created yesterday, has never purchased any upgrades from us, nor do we even have a credit card on file for you, so it’s impossible for us to have been able to charge you.

    If you’re seeing a charge from WordPress.com on your statement, it was for a site in a different WordPress.com account. Do you have any other usernames or sites that you know of, or another email address that might be associated with an older account?

    If you’re not sure, please try searching for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also contact our billing team directly from that page for help with refunding the transaction.
