    I have had no help from Word Press! I have paid for the account and have not utilized the account pass the initial setup. I have two emails. (email visible only to moderators and staff) and jerrysmithsoutherndtoryteller.com. You don’t recognize the first email but you send me bill notices. I have not been able to access the account to add to the initial blog.

    Hi @jerrysmith19, I found your other thread and copied the information over to this one.

    Regarding the second email address, the one you mentioned in the other thread — are you able to log out and log in with that? What’s happening when you try?
