Please cancel my upgrade?

  I clicked the Confirm Cancellation button in your “Request to cancel upgrade” email, and got an error saying, “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support”. So I am contacting you guys. How can I cancel my upgrade? Or can you do it for me?

  Hi there, it looks like the $99 refund for WordPress.com Premium has already been issued. The refund can take 1-2 weeks to be reflected on your account.
