  I do not want my subscription renewed that has just been charged to my PayPal account. Subscription is set to expire on January 28, 2021. Please reverse transaction ASAP. Thank you!!

  What is the URL of the site that the upgrade is associated with?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
