    Please please cancel this wrongly continuing subscription – I have not used this for 5 years now – I have no idea what my passwords are any longer so every time I have attempted to cancel it I haven’t been able to. I’d have written to you most years and never got a response more than cancel it from within your account and yet I can’t get into my account- please please cancel it – the website is http://sanchezfamilytravel.com/

    So frustrating that when I have pressed the only customer service contact button available in the “renewing my subscription email” that you have sent it to a public forum !!!!
    How do you get hold of these people???
