  I’m receiving an error message when trying to enter MySite:

  “Check your Primary Site’s JetPack connection”

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, are you trying to manage an existing Jetpack site through our services, or are you trying to add a new site?

  If you’re managing the existing site with Jetpack, please work with your host to get that connected properly.

  If you don’t actually need that site connected to Jetpack, and you’re just trying to set up a new site here, let us know and we can get that disconnected for you so you won’t see that error. Thanks!
