I am unable to access anything on my account. The error message tells me to go to my wp-admin, but besides the dash, I can’t access anything. Even Jetpack settings. I have followed the advice of other posts by relogging into Jetpack, and it makes no changes.
I am trying to move my site from WordPress to Squarespace, and would love to access old media, as well as move the domain itself.

It looks like your WordPress.com Business plan has expired and is likely the cause of your troubles.
You should be able to see and renew your upgrade from this page:
